They are quietly increasing the miles required. I am looking at 2 X Business Class YYZ to Istanbul next spring. 200,000 points required. 2 years ago, First Class (with lay flat beds) to Rome was 160,000. Turkish Air is a Star Alliance partner with Air Canada.
