It is not the first I have heard of it, not even second or third.
I just got a fax from my insurance agent, about the tax break for healthcare. Lots of extra paperwork, tax breaks for a few years, then you get all the paperwork and none of the tax breaks when they expire
The 1099 thing I heard about from my state association a while ago.
