I feel your pain. I've been pulling my hair out trying to find a misfire on my 01 F150. Cleaned and/or replaced everything. Finally relented and took it to the Stealer this AM to diagnose it. #7 spark plug fouled up, that I just installed.
Cost to diagnose and replace one spark plug in 45 minutes? $180 freaking dollars!
