Hi,

YOU HAVE ONE OF THE NIPPLES GOING TO THE WRONG PLACE!
The middle nipple goes to the Cold Start Valve not the throttle body.
The line that goes to your throttle body comes off of the top center of the fuel distributor as does the line for the WUR.

In regards to the car running when warm, yes it should idle by itself with the hand throttle down. What you should do is back out the idle screw almost all the way and begin your adjustment from there. You may also need to richen up the mixture.
