I have used Videora for my iPhone with great results.

I converted my first few videos for the pad with Videora and the pic quality was not good enough so I moved on to Handbrake. Now that I have a good grasp on the settings the pad likes, I will try Videora again. The standard setting for iPad with Videora was not the best pic quality - slightly grainy.

Will try again tonight with Vidora and Mpeg Streamclip.
