Stretching.
Most by the time we are 30 have lost so much flexibility, it's ridiculous.
If your legs, butt, hips and back are all very tight....your lower back has no chance.
Stretching has cured most of my lower back issues.
Never too late to get in the program.
I'm 55, and my golf game thanks me.
+1 on the strenthening as well.
It's so easy to strain lower back muscles with just regular day-to-day activities.
