The seat belt error may be caused by a passenger seat sensor problem?
The O2 sensor fault is common - it means the O2 sensor needs to be replaced. I recommend only using OEM ones for reasons I mention here: http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/Boxster_Tech/19-FUEL-02_Sensor/19-FUEL-02_Sensor.htm
