I was an avid (but not very good) golfer for many years until my back, right knee and both hips gave out. It doesn't interfere with my car hobby though. It just requires better planning. Before I make the effort to get down and under the car, I need to have assembled all the tools I think I'll need. Lying under the car(s) on a creeper is a snap. Getting out from under and getting up to get a forgotten part or tool, hurts.
