I will try my luck here to see if any of you Pelicans are able to maybe help me.
I am going to start a new job as a field engineer for a large oil service company in Mexico this summer. Since I have an international contract, I am getting paid in US Dollars from the international headquarter in the US. So I would prefer to have an US account.
However, since I will not be living in the US, I need full online access to my account (including being able to wire money back to my Norwegian account and eventually a Mexican account).
Do you guys think this is doable with an American Bank? Maybe you have any tips about a specific bank I can contact?
I had an account with Wells Fargo years back when I lived in CA, and that was a total rip-off so I hope there are some better alternatives out there...
