Most of us were completely deaf to well intentioned advice in our younger years. It was absolutely clear we had things figured out and we knew what we were doing, thank you very much.
In the end, we really only learn through our mistakes. It is her life and her mistakes to make. Regardless of however naive/headstrong she is, intervening probably will not help.
