No doubt the folks in big cities have a huge advantage. Southern California probably has more Pelicans than all of Oklahoma, Kansas & Arkansas combined.
Let's play the statistics game and make a very narrow definition. Take the population of your home town divide by the number of Pelicans you have shaken hands with and multiply by your age you are WAY out front. I would bet money on it.
