Conrad, you are leaking somewhere. I would have an installer re-set it. They use a 1/4 inch bead of sealer. BE SURE TO REPLACE THE PLASTIC PINS FOR REATTACHING THE CHROME TRIM, BEFORE THE GLASS IS RE-INSTALLED. I watched the installation. Note, the trim is put together and laid in place and then gently pressed to the clips, almost simultaneously. Good luck. Hal
