If this group has the scratch and Austin wants to pay "The Bernie" his excessive fee, why wouldn't it happen?

I haven't read up (yet) on where the money is coming from in Austin, but I suspect someone had to step up otherwise they wouldn't have got this far?! Right?

My cousins pad in Austin is amazing and will make an excellent base camp for an F1 weekend! I'll buy my tix as soon as they're available.
