We coated our early (71) gas tank and filler neck with an epoxy coating from Caswell Platings. The coating came out great but after reassembling everything we can't fill the tank with more than maybe 1 cup of gas at a time. The vent line on the tank seems to be unplugged. Is there a vent integrated into the filler neck that might have gotten plugged?
