I know this discussion has been done before and to each their own. I need to clarify my thoughts - I was thinking more along the lines of the 911 turbos. I understand a 914 (be kinda cool), 924 and even 928 (porsche maintenance nightmare). But I just don't get an american V8 in a 911 turbo. For those that have done it - congrats. Many tech and logistics problems to overcome - some installs do look very good.
My personal preference, at least in a 911 turbo, is a Porsche motor with a boat load of mods. I like the Porsche "hot rod" concept. Yeah its stock - but........
