I picked up a backpack chemical sprayer for like $12. I'm going to make an end on some long tubing. Feed the tubing into the car very similar to the video and crank up the pressure

While I replace most panels I'm using picklex20 on all the inside of the panels before they get welded in, and then I'll spray in some rust paint to protect the inner surfaces and welds.
