momo wheel install...huh?

I usually can figure out things by rtfm. Unfortunately Momo is...let's say...manual challenged. It is somewhat obvious, but there are a too many parts as near as I can figure (sorry for the lousy photos...I'll try to take some better one tomorrow):

OK...wheel, horn button with two attachment points, one wire, separate ring with 6 holes (?), 6 screws. Then comes the hub adapter (I ordered the extended version):

So there is the hub adapter, 2 wires, thin ring with 6 holes and a tab bent (switch return?), 6 screws with allen key, 6 bigger bolts (don't fit in anything I can see), 3 with angle heads, three with cylindrical heads, then another 3 small screws.

Not that the steering is important or anything (just like the brakes), but I'd like to do this right. I'm assuming the bigger bolts are for some other car? I'm also hoping when I pull the old wheel off more will be revealed.
