Good advice re horn relay
A useful tool here is a steering wheel lock ("club" thingy) to enable you to hold the wheel you go at the nut on the column without winding lock on the rack.
Its a ***** to get these straight on the spindle- be sure you do otherwise you end up pulling it off, putting on, whcih inevitabley marks up the wheels and screws as posted above. Good idea to mark very accuratelty dead centre on the spindle and wheel hub when you remove reinstall.
Put the boss on first
