It seems the 'reporter' thought they had paid to park. Now, the issue may be
where they parked. They may have not pulled into marked spots.
Still, can't SM POS meter watchers give some leeway to a temporary situation involving a camera crew, etc.? I mean SM has never seen filming, right?
