Holloway's parents are idiots for allowing their daughter to go off to a foreign "let's-get-drunk-and-screw" destination at age 18. This latest victim was probably just in the wrong place at the wrong time and fell prey to this azzhat's lines.

I'm still in favor of the Peruvians recreating some Incan history complete with having some priest rip his beating heart out in front of a fanatical mob on the stairs of a stone pyramid and eat it. I hate these kinds of predatory douchebags that prey on girls, children, etc.

It wouldn't bring either victim back, but maybe it'd send the right kind of message.
