civil disobedience is the answer, I dream of having a pos truck that doesn't have plates on it to knock over the poles.
I also feel that just like our fathers got together for prop 13, that WE need to get it on the ballot that all tickets must be based on the average wage of a California resident ant that they cannot add court cost or other fees.
So if the average Californian makes $25 an hour that a parking ticket can't cost greater than a hours wage,
A speeding ticket for 10 miles an hour can't be more than 3 hours wage etc.
If the economy goes up and the wages go up, well the fines go up by that amount.
$61 for a parking ticket is not a fair fine in my book, it's extortion.
