This just in from Obama/Pelosi/Reid/Feinstein/etc...
Effective immediately, the BATFE is to be renamed BATFER - bureau of alcohol, tobacco, firearms, explosives and rocks. Subjects... er... "citizens" must file an appliction in quadruplicate to the agency along with a $500 processing fee in order to possess any rocks from now on. They must also submit to a background check, a mandatory waiting period and consent to 24/7/365 unannounced searches of their homes, businesses and vehicles for any unregistered or illegal rocks, which will carry enormous penalties and the possibility of jail time.
