I don't know if it was his bid or not. The way the bidding went and the dollar amount that it stopped at made it look fishy to me.

We wanted to by the car for $18,500 as listed here. He wanted a cash only deal, which given our location differences is out of the question.

I actually just wanted the wheels and the tranny. A friend wanted the Roller and the motor we would have sold.

For those who watched the events of this sale unfold I believe we all found the whole deal amusing. An if the $17955 bid was a real one? That guy is likely a happy man. We shall see if it pops up for sale again.
