Banks seem scared of real estate right now, even though this is the time to "Buy low". Really silly, isn't it. A couple years ago, "We'll loan you 125% of your home!".
When every home that was listed got full-price offers on the first day is when I stopped looking to flip houses. Too many people that don't understand real estate (or a simple thing I like to call math) jumped in the market, screwing it up. Now that they are fleeing, it's time for the normal guys like me to step back in and take advantage of low prices.
