I have been working on a old trailer myself. There really is not that much to them. I replaced most of my copper plumbing with pex, very easy to work with. I also do not have a grey water tank. I have a black water tank that is directly below the toilet and the grey water t's in below a valve after that. The grey water just poured on the ground. For now I just bought a portable tank for the grey water to go to.

I love the wood paneling in those old trailers. And the exterior looks to be in great shape also. That will really stand out between the new white boxes.
