Rick, I feel for ya. I know a few guys that went through the process.
Sid, you might want to point out to Trekkor that you are not yet 21. I remember when I was 19 and bought a car. I HAD to have my mom as a part owner to be legal. Back in the stone ages one could not own a car until you were 21. If you can fill out all the waivers before you leave you might do it with both parents signing the forms.
I remember one business trip I took to Florida. I tried to rent a car at the airport and they would not do it because I was just 20. Before you spend the money to go out there, make SURE that a 19 year old is legal to drive in the race. Get a copy of the waiver and read it.
