- Kach the close up video does not match what the reporter said (from 3 witnesses: rocks only made it 1/2 way to BP agents) - Fox should not have shown that video even with her saying it is from years ago later on

- reporter also said he can't confirm that a BP agent went over to the Mexican side; tho other reports say there were .40 shell casing there (or hey maybe they were 40 mm casings!)
