Hey you guys. I plead no contest, I am a screwball. Always have been. but you are way off on the shill bidding. If you look me up, you will see I sell my stuff, not hold it for ransom. I talked the actual winning bidder out of buying (not on purpose).
At $18,500, I think most thought it was more than it is, and would have been disappointed.
(to be crystal clear, top $$$ is not the motivator for this sale, simple hand to hand cash transaction is).
In the interest of getting it sold, and considering the damage I've done to this poor cars integrity, I will be showing it today and this weekend in the $15K/$16.5K range, and can afford to sell it for much less than that.
I would be surprised though if goes much lower.
I mean, you figure:
Good running 3.0l and 915 combo would sell for $5000 +/-
New Lindsey wheels and tires $4500 +/-
Flawless Recaros $1000 +/-
Clean title straight non sunroof 73 Coupe roller $5000+/-
Not to mention a bunch of other crap $+++
Right?
hmmm, now I am thinking again (not good), maybe if nobody in Northern Ca has to have this car, or I literally scared everyone off, I will part it out. PM me what you think, or if your in the market for any of the larger ticket items mentioned....
