I talked to Mona and she is being cautiously optimistic. She said that early this morning she was talking to him and asked him to open his eyes. He wasn't able to but his eyebrows started working like he was trying. She also said that the measurements they are taking of the pressure on the brain are in the low category, so we are hopeful that he's not too far from sitting up and having a chat. He's also sedated, so I suspect that figures into the equation.
