He began his interest in oil from his love of racing. He didn't think he was getting good enough oils (tranny and engine) from local race shops so he looked to invent his own. He did some reasearch and found out that there are companies that make all the ingrediants you need to make any oil you want and all you have to do is basically blend them into a base of of your choice. The companies will actually sell you what are called 'additive packages' or 'add-pacs'. They will also tell you what grade base oils would work best and to sweeten the pot, they will share with you some common recipes and how they would test out according to engine and transmission manufacturers requirements.

He just took a passion and made a business out of it - absolutley nothing new. His stuff is no different than 20 other companies offerings - he just has a neat demo and a command on truck stops.
