hey thanks jeff will check this out as soon as i calm my credit card down for this last drunken hell raising spoon buying spree. sheesh now i got to shoot em all.


as i mentioned this time is range time for the lil missy. shes never been and it will be an eye opening experience for her. az game and fish does not mess around at ben avery and shes gonna have to understand the rules. once she goes thru the drill she will be fine. its just getting her thru the drill and lil pre shooting mini class they have with video for FNG's.


im gonna zero these levers for 100yds period. i dont expect great results although i have heard of some pretty astounding groups off of handloads.


we are just gonna feed them hornaday leverrevolutions. best price i found on a bulk buy was budsspoonshop $16 bucks for the .44's a box and $17 for the .357's.


my buddy and i are gonna make a massive buy of both calibers so we have new brass for our reloads.


i have to keep this simple as (5) spoons will rely on this ammo. model 60-7 1 7/8th barrel smith j frame, model 66 4" barrel smith k frame, and a 629-4 6" barrel N frame .44 mag and the (2) corresponding lever actions.


so feeding these, once sighted in and all are making "happy happy joy joy" groups it will make life simpler.



so for general all around giggles in the woods/dezert chasing kritters these rounds will work fine here. hell i am 1/2 tempted to take them deer hunting this year. it will let the kids figure out what its like NOT to use a scope and what thats all about. and its cheap and all of these are pretty damn hard to feek up very much.
