Hello Gents,

While restoring my 28/09 engine, I was wondering - does anyone know if the crankshaft was fully balanced from the factory? I see several adjustment drill holes in the counter weights, but the manuals donīt describe the manual as being fully balanced.

Any thoughts on the issue?
