I always liked the sportamatic.Working on them in the old days and driving them was great.Set up right they where a great car. Not a race car but shifting was always a blast. It was a lot better then the VW sportamatic,,Only thing was after awhile the people would not fan the green to repair then properly. It only had a limited audience..Touch shift,,touch shift..touch shift I always thought it was a great engineering play on the Germans part, Please do not throw tomatoes.
