Everything I've ever read says that unless you're going in a straight line, the small block 63-67's are FAR more fun to drive than the big blocks. Just too much weight.
I spent a day in a '67 corvette roadster (w/ 327 + 4spd) a few years ago, what a sublime car. Everything about that car was *perfect*... styling, interior, handling... one of those instances where GM got it just right. What a great car.
