My wife and I recently purchased a Speed Yellow 2004 996 Coupe. The car has a black (partial?) leather interior with yellow interior accents consisting of center tunnel, seat backs and seat belts.
I was cleaning and detailing the car today and I was wondering what exactly IS leather on the interior and what is vinyl. I want to make sure I'm using the right product on the right surfaces. I typically use Vinylex spray vinyl dressing and Meguiars Gold Class Leather spray cleaner / conditioner.
Any ideas on how to clean the yellow seat belts?
I'm also curious about the center tunnel and seat backs. Are they painted plastic or is the color molded in? Pics below.
