Stop scratching!!! Sounds more like poison ivy/oak than a bug bite! Go to the druggist and get some TECNU. Follow instructions on the bottle. Get a package that has CalaGel packed with it.
IF this is poison ivy/oak you are only spreading the chemical burn. You need to stop scratching, change clothes (wash them separate from other clothes), and stay in a cool environment. Best of luck! I have the same thing right now and have missed the last three days of work (90% coverage).
