my idiot neighbors let their large dogs run free all the time. Last night one of the dogs was out and attacked another neighbor walking their small dog. The guy picked up his small dog and jumped in the back of a pickup truck parked in someone's driveway to get away from the attacking dogs. Between him screaming at the attacking dogs and the dogs barking and growling it's head off it woke up half the neighborhood.
The owners of the lose dog came running over and tried to explain that the dog never does this, blah blah blah.
This is the same dog that tried to jump over the our common fence barking it's head off anytime I step into my back yard.
I've talked to the owners several times about the barking, the lack of my ability to use my back yard in peace any more and that their dogs should not be lose in the neighborhood. I keep getting the whole they are good dogs, would never hurt a flee crap.
If one of their dogs even gets close to my kid in the wheelchair without a leash on I'm killing it. Period!
People don't control their pets and then scream bloody murder when things happen to them. If the dog was on a leash it never would have happened.
