One of my cars is a 76 911S with a 74 2.7 cis engine.

Here is the 14 pin plug from a 74 2.7 cis

1)2 yellows starter/cold start
2) green
3) green/black oil temp instr
4) green/red oil press instr
5)green/white backup
6) white or ? backup
7) blue/yellow To fuse on panel in engine bay
8) brown/white
9)green/white oil press idiot light
10) red/white thermovalve
11) blue alt control light (D+)
12) NO
13) black/yellow power sourse fresh air blower
14) red/source from alt B+

This is what will be going to the engine on the 911. Now as for the
pictures that you have you are asking for help regarding those two
extraneous wires with help pointing to them. They look maybe grey or white
coming from the number 6 pin of the 14 pin connection. They look to be for back-up lights.

Now one way to sure is if you have a contunity meter and can pinpoint if
in fact those wires end up at pin number 5 and 6 of the 14 pin connection. They
are numbered if you look carefully by popping off the cover of the 14 pin connection and you can see their color and the number pin slot they are in.
