My only beef with Web Cams is they often hard weld cams and regrind to spec. Not a good way to go.
The 20/21 is the same as a DC19 and is a cheater regrind of an SC cam. Most folks say they 964 is best, but don't mention this is strictly among the stock cams. There are lots of cool custom grinds for common plenum cars, including the 20/21, DC19, DC20 and DC21.
