If your up for a 2 year agreement, you can get the iphone at AT&T, etc. Well, you may have to wait if they don't have it in stock. I'd do that over a used pnone. On the other hand, if you Google iPhone battery replacement, you can get a new battery to replace it yourself for about $10.

After 22 months, my battery just crapped out and I've sent it to Apple under the Applecare plan for a new one. I'm not using the replacement until they tell me iPhone is covered under warranty or they can charge me up to $500 for a new one. In that case it's going back and I'll go to AT&T to reup my agreement for two years and get a new one for $99.
