When I was shooting BP silhouette and Creedmoor I was casting my own all the time. For handgun it really doesn't pay but you can't really buy match quality bullets for the long range rifle stuff. I never used wheel wts....only pure lead and tin. Keeping the melt and mould at a constant temp is key in producing consistent bullets for match use.
