Oil Pressure drops in turns are usually due to oil pump starvation issues, in a broad sense. It's possible that the oil level may be low enough in the sump that the pump may be having some issues picking up enough oil to maintain pressure in turns. Have you tried adding maybe another 1/2 quart of oil?
