Chase bank refi scam
Gotta love this. If you refi your current mtg w/ Chase they will apply your escrow balance to old loan principle.
Nice way to bump fees on the new loan unless you're willing to fund your escrow account double what is needed for a year! And likely also has a cash flow benefit for them.
Bunch of asshats.
Called the tax dept there and said 'Please pay my r/e taxes now.' as my escrow has about $5k in it to cover these which are billed 7/1 and due 7/31 for max discount. Guess what they told me....'No'.
Can you effing believe that?! My damned money is in that account, not theirs!

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
I believe we all make mistakes but I will not validate your poor choices and/or perversions and subsidize the results your actions.
