You'll have to take off the outer ring, and there should be two screws on the headlight assembly. IIRC, one is kind of on the top right, and the other is on the lower left. One of them adjusts left-right, the other adjust up-down. I don't remember which is which, but you should be able to tell pretty quickly by playing with them.
