I'm 6' 2", 240 - right on the cusp of obesity according to the BMI calculators.
I play basketball (full court) and volleyball (sand) 3 to 5 days a week, lift weights 5 days a week (I can bench 310 on a good day).
Yes, I have some extra around the middle, but am I really "obese?"
