Goodbye Mushu

We had to put my wife's dog Mushu down today. He developed liver cancer in late April. He was a great dog and was incredibly athletic. He lived to play fetch and could catch frisbees and tennis balls up to 6 feet in the air. If I wanted to practice my golf swing I could do it with 1 ball for hours as he would always run after the ball and bring it to my feet, ready to do it all over again. To say he was fun would be an understatement. He followed my wife everywhere and would move to where he could see her when she came home from work everyday. As soon as he said his hello, he would go grab a ball or frisbee and be ready to play. He went all too soon as he was 2 months shy of his 10th birthday. When the kids were younger and we would play wiffle ball, Mushu would be the outfielder. He would get the ball faster than any human and run and drop it at home plate.

He will be sorely missed by all including the UPS delivery man who would play ball with him too.

R.I.P. Mushu old buddy, we love you.
