You made the proper choice...
(edit)....For you. In order to get Cindy to sign the title on the 911S I had to promise never another Porsche for me.
I have no regrets that the 911S car is gone these days. But it's true, a Mustang is NOT a Porsche...
No snob appeal with a Mustang.
But don't kid yourself...both cars mentioned in the beginning post are destined to become sewer pipe or soda cans some day. Neither is a highly prized model, neither will become a chased after collectable.
