I wonder when these findings of the founders intentions will show up in various bill of rights cases in front of the supreme court. Subjects are not entitled to arms, citizens are and if this "error" (as the LA times is reporting it) is to be "interpreted" there seems to me, IMHO, no doubt where the authority and the right exist.
