Pick any 1960s V-8 mustang, and a mint example is easily worth 2-3x it's original MSRP, adjusted for inflation. Probably the same is true by now for all the V-8 powered early 70s models as well. (Ie mach 1's, Boss 302's, "el grande" convertibles, Cobra II's, etc, etc).

Given enough time, all mint or near mint condition V-8 Powered mustangs will eventually reach the 2-3x MSRP mark.
