HMMM...If every corporate exec were "insensitive" or as U Boyz want to term it "objective" EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU WOULD BE UNEMPLOYED...Objectivily I can get it done some place else cheaper and the work force will be glad to be doing it and not beothching about benifits, retirment plans working conditions, hours worked or even if the manager is INSENSITIVE...Who are you kidding...insensitive really...maybe some workshop will make him more sensitive to my needs..LOL
